  22. This is more relevant to a systems newsgroup rather than a language
  23. newsgroup. If you just want to format the drive why don't you just look
  24. for a low level formatting program? There's bound to be one floating around
  25. somewhere in a disk utilities directory in a major archive such as SimTel.
